It’s been fun. And we’re taking the next step in our ministry.

No, we’re not evolving.

Just moving over.

Check out our new website Creation-Club.org. There we’ll have our blog as well as other information regarding our ministry. Please continue to follow us. We appreciate all the support.

Is Distant Starlight a Problem?

November 10, 2009 Leave a comment

Distant Starlight has often been hailed as the best evidence against a young earth and a major problem for the creation model. But, is it really the problem that evolutionsists – and some Christians – make it out to be?

I’m currently watching “Distant Starlight” by Dr. Jason Lisle on the Answers In Genesis website. It’s definitely worth a watch!

Olympic Feat

The Institute for Creation Research has an excellent article detailing how many are beginning to think that our earliest ancestors would have been faster than our modern day Olympians. It’s a fascinating read and is worth a look. Check it out here.

Please pray for the familes and friends who have been affected by today’s Fort Hood tragedy.

Making a Difference

Kenya

In 2008, seventeen men and women traveled to Kenya for three months to spread the Gospel to the region and teach and show others true love in Christ.  Now, some are ready to go back to once again share God’s Word with the people of Kenya and give a loving hand to all in need.  However, such a trip is expensive.  They are asking for support by selling merchandise to help offset the cost of plane tickets, supplies, and other such necessary expenses.

You can find out more about these missionaries, and contribute your support, by visiting Hidden Sanctuaries, a website set up by one of the missionaries to help get the word out.  Donations are welcome and would go a long way on making this mission on their hearts a reality.

The Hidden Sanctuaries website includes the group’s mission statement, online store, photo gallery from their 2008 trip, contact information, and much more.

Personally knowing one of the missionaries, I can attest to all the wonderful things God has done through them in Kenya and back home in the States.  They have touched a number of lives in their 2008 trip, and God has revealed himself in big ways to them through their experience.

Please pray for Hidden Sanctuaries and that God will bless their ministry both at home and abroad and, above all, that His will be done.  And please, check out their website!
